Commando Inn Online Reservations

Military personnel, civilian employees and authorized contractors on official TDY to Hurlburt Field may make reservations anytime; if rooms are not available for official travel, lodging will arrange local commercial quarters. Space-available reservations may also be requested in advance, but can't be confirmed until 3 days prior to arrival. Space-available rooms may be confirmed for up to a 3-day stay, provided rooms are available at time of confirmation. Military personnel in a PCS status, whether arriving or departing Hurlburt Field, may make TLF reservations anytime. In CONUS, civilian personnel are considered under our space-available policies for rooms.

To request a reservation at Hurlburt Field, you may fill out our Manual Reservations Form and fax it to (850) 884-5043; DSN 579, or call (850) 581-1627 or (850) 884-7115/6245; DSN 579.

To request a reservation at another Air Force installation, call 1-888-AF LODGE (1-888-235-6343) and follow the voice prompts to be connected to the Air Force Inn of your choice.

Note: Reservations made online are not confirmed until you have received a confirmation number from us. We will provide a confirmation number by close of the next business day following receipt either by return e-mail, fax, or phone call.
