Family Fest
Family Fest celebrates the opening of youth baseball season and commemorates the month of the military child and child abuse prevention.
Family Fest has grown to entertain over 4,000 family members of all ages. The event offers tons of free crafts, games, rides and valuable educational
information. Parents may bring children by to complete an Ident-a-kid kit with secuirty forces, receive eye exams from the eye clinci or check out
what is happening at the "tooth booth". Various characters can also be spotted lurking around looking for someone to pose for a photo.
If you keep your eyes open, you may even spot "Sparky" the fire god. The center stage offers various forms of entertainment through song
and dance. The purpose of this event is to have families interact with each other in a fun environment and learn more about the event's
important themes. |
